Request that your Slyder account and its data are permanently removed. This page applies to the Slyder Bridge mobile app on iOS and Android.
Open the Slyder app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Manage account → Delete account.
Confirm the deletion. This step is final — there is no recovery period.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, device pairings and sessions, health and dosage data, session notes, and any photos or support messages you've sent us. No account or usage data is retained afterward.
If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email us and we'll delete it for you.
